Essentially a self-taught artist , he has long been recognized for its originality, details and beauty mainly in oil paintings as well as acrylics, graphics or pastels.

Member (as from 1979) and later Honorary Member of the International Society of Artists ( USA).

Ciacek's paintings are displayed in the Museum's collections of Asia and Pacific Museum /Warsaw/ in the Brodnica Museum ( Poland) ,the "Fangor's Gallery",the Polish Academy of Science. Ciacek's paintings are included in private collections in Poland, Syria, France, USA, Italy, the Netherlands.He has held several one-man exhibitions in the USA /New York ( in UN Headquarter for UNESCO ) in Syria , Poland .He has participated in several collective collective exhibitions in Poland , USA.
