Jake Vandenbrink
The realistic art of Jake Vandenbrink captures the imagination with vivid portrayals of the Canadian landscape. His oil and acrylic paintings accurately depict the tranquil moments in nature, through his careful use of colour and light.
Jake is best known for his striking images of lakes, forests and mountains, along with rural scenes often found not far from our busy cities.
This Ontario born artist has had a popular following for the past 18 years, and his art continues to attract collectors throughout North America ,and abroad. As well Jake has been popular among conservationists, with his generous support. His art has raised thousands of dollars towards the efforts in conservation. In recognition of this, Ducks Unlimited named Jake "Artist of the Year" in 1995, and has since continued to participate in their annual art program.
Residing in Brooklin, Ontario, the artist continues to pursue new inspirations, and hopes his art will evoke emotions in the viewer, and instill an appreciation for nature.

I am primarily a realist landscape artist, focusing on serene moments in nature. The main theme of my acrylic and oil paintings are wilderness ,rural and cottage country scenes, as well as the wildlife of Canada
