I am a Scottish artist and designer living and working in Edinburgh. I studied 3D Design at Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen. In my practice I use many different techniques and materials including casting with, resin and pewter, and construction using metal, wood and fabrics. I also use ready-made objects that interest me, in particular light bulbs in different shapes and sizes. I also draw and paint. I enjoy experimenting with materials and often mix materials in unexpected ways. I paint simple pictures inspired by nature, they often have a timeless or distant quality.
