My first book is entitled, "My Private Hell: Struggle & Survival", available through PublishAmerica.com. It's a very short, but compelling memoir/self-help book about my emotional and physical problems, such as anxiety, depression, migraines, high blood pressure and even hot flashes. I describe the side effects of those problems and then I tell the true story of how I use regular exercise to help alleviate the symptoms.
