Art of Life is a creative arts organisation that aims to enhance personal,professional and educational development through a range of unique,
collaborative and interactive workshops, projects, and training events.
We facilitate multi-sensory, interactive and collaborative creative arts workshops and training days within the public and private sectors, schools, colleges, universities, prisons, drug & alcohol treatment centres and community settings throughout the UK.
Our multi-talented team have combined their areas of expertise in creative arts and personal development to deliver a programme of exciting and innovative workshops.
Our diverse projects and workshops are designed to give participants
the opportunity to explore new ways to express themselves through a range
of creative art forms. We strongly believe that by combining creativity with
everyday situations and experiences, people are able to develop the
confidence and self-esteem to realise their full potential to learn and apply
skills that are portable and transferable within all aspects of their lives.
Art of Life’s workshops aim to encourage creative expression, promote self-esteem, equality of opportunity, diversity and social change. Through our work we also want to equip people with invaluable tools, techniques, skills and opportunities to develop personally and professionally. As a result they are able to feel confident about reaching their full potential, they can communicate in more effective ways and create positive relationships within working and learning environments.
