I was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana and graduated from Central Catholic High School with honors. From the age of 10 I was a serious ballet student with Lafayette Ballet Company and performed yearly in the Nutcracker and various spring performances. I have also spent summers training with American Ballet Theatre, The Rock School for Dance Education, Ballet Internationale, Baltimore Youth Ballet, and Gregory Hancock Dance Theater. During High School I took several art classes including drawing, painting, photography, and fiber arts. As my passion for art grew my skills and creativity started to branch out. Upon graduating High School I decided to pursue a career in art after recieving a National award for my photography. I won a gold key regionally at the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, and went on to win a silver award at the National level in NYC. I am now a student at Herron School of Art and Design pursuing a degree in photography. I am also a dance teacher and free lance artist!
