What are Areas of Expertise, and which should I choose?
Areas of expertise are artistic topics that you are interested in or have experience working with. For individuals, there is no strict standard on selecting your areas of expertise; however, you should only select areas that you participate in. For example, an individual photojournalist should select "Photography", "Journalism" and possibly "Writing".For companies, you are required to choose only those areas that your company deals with. A photo gallery that only displays photography should only select "Photography" in the area of expertise. An Arts Supplier that sells painting supplies and camera equipment should select "Photography" and "Art" and perhaps "Graphic Design".
Choosing the appropriate fields increases the viability of this site. It also makes it more likely that visitors will find exactly what they are looking for.
