Help I feel Old - by Scottish Artist Lorraine G Huber

I was just reading some of my emails, some junk which I zapped but one caught my eye, all about Bruce Springsteen's Hammersmith Odeon Concert being released on CD. Since I was about 18 I have been a big Springsteen Fan, but sort of dropped of lately but still like to know what he's up to.

I could hardly believe as I read the article that it is the 30th Anniversary of the Born To Run Albumn, wow, that knocked me for 6, I remember it like it was yesterday, and suddenly I found myself thinking where did the last 30 years go and help what have I done with all that time.

I am sitting here getting ready for my solo Art exhibition which opens in West Calder, Scotland on Monday 6th, and panicking slightly, (or a lot) I wonder where the last 24 hrs have gone, never mind where did that idealistic shy eighteen year old girl go, and then I think well I'm not so shy anymore - so that's good I think, but strangely in some ways I still think I'm eighteen maybe ninteen, that was a better time!

Anyone else feeling the same!

I'm still full of ideals but just a little bit more into U2 than Springsteen
