In the Italian City of the Olympics, an American Artist Takes the Stage


Richard Ozanne, an American visual artist and designer was selected for a life-title as Academic for the Order of Art "Michelangelo Buonarroti."

Torino, Italy (PRWEB) June 27, 2006 -- Richard Ozanne, an American visual artist and designer was selected for a life title as Academic for the Order of Art "Michelangelo Buonarroti" (Academico Ordine della Arte Michelangelo Buonarroti) Italy (Europe) 2006. The selection for this title is part of a larger more encompassing international award (given to select artists internationally) as the "Oscar dell Arte."

Richard Ozanne is a widely exhibited artist who has shown his work in solo and group exhibits across the United States and Europe. Mr. Ozanne currently resides in Venaria Reale Italy after a long residence in former Czechoslovakia. He has his MFA (Masters of Fine Arts) and BFA from prominant universities in the US as well as a unique background of study in Europe.
