Carmen Black is the owner of Bias Onus. Bias Onus was once a printed, hard-copy publication. Although it's no longer in print, she has maintained its spirit through her website and accepts submissions from writers on an on-going basis. She has now turned her attention to editing the works of unknown or little-known writers and designing websites for authors. She gives all credit for her endeavors as an editor/web designer to the great love of her life, Joseph Norton, who came up with the concept of Bias Onus and who was the founder of the publication.
