My grandfather introduced me to photography as a child and I have been in love ever since. Largely self taught, I enjoy taking photos and creating digital art. Sometimes the origanal shot is art in itself and sometimes I use the computer to develop it. Over the last 16 years I have worked as a hobbyist and Special Education Teacher. Most of my work has been for personal enjoyment or school events. I have had formal training in Photoshop. In 2001, I was selected as the Insight Technology Teacher of the Year. I am excited about turning my lifelong love and hobby into a professional career. Currently, I am working as a studio photographer for a national company and free-lance as an event photographer.
