Janet M. García was born in Puerto Rico, where she attended painting classes with artist Andrés Bueso. Since she was young, she felt passionate towards art; drawing and painting mostly with oleo, acrylics, and ink. History Janet moved to U.S.A. in 1986. Since that time, she has been working with computers and has rendered desktop publishing services and design to several religious and commercial entities. She has also worked in the design of CDs, cassettes, and video covers for a Christian ministries. With the evolution of computers and software, Janet felt it was time to merge her God given skills as a natural media artist with her other skills and knowledge in computers, creating beautiful Digital Paintings (original digital fine arts painted by hand) following the same techniques learned as a natural media painter, but instead of using a brush, she now uses a Stylus Pen and a Digitizing Pad. Future Goals Because of her devotion to God and her desire to share the Lord with others, she felt she needed to paint more Christian Art.
