Making collages can be real fun. You can use all materials you can think of: paper of various kinds, leaves, grasses and petals, fabrics and lace, silver foil. You can tear or cut the pieces out and join shapes and patterns in the most unusual ways.

I like looking through newspapers and magazines, "hunting" for interesting patterns and textures (fashion and interior design magazines are the most inspiring ones) and then joining them to illustrate a chosen subject. I sometimes use watercolours to give the final touch to the picture.
