I was required to attend the "mandatory" meeting at work which turned out to be a promotion to buy life/health insurance; basically I was required to recieve spam or watch a commercial in which I was an actor.
I bought nothing but did take something useful from the meeting.
A person has a choice, you can conclude that (A) becoming middle aged = getting sick and dying young hence spend a lot of money on insurance.
or
(B) becoming middle aged = watching and caring for your health with more attention hence have a little insurance but a lot of healthy choices concerning what you eat and do.
Making healthy choices means diet, exercise, reduceing stress, living in harmony, enjoying life, embracing God.
I turn 45 in Febuary but I don't feel old....in fact I have never felt better
