Guest Icon Size Requirement Changed

Due to the confusion the former size requirement for site Guest Icons has caused, we have opted to loosen the requirment some.

Guest Icons may now be added to profiles with graphics measuring 64x64 pixels or less. While we still suggest that guest icons be resampled to 46x30 pixels, the site does not force that dimension when loading. The site does, however, still render all guest icons at 46x30 in browsers.
